Exchange Policy

Customers can apply for an exchange of products for those purchased on this website within 5 days of receipt if they meet all the following requirements:  

  • Product quality issues (including: ink breakage, malfunction, or receiving a product different from the one ordered).  
  • The product is unused.  
  • The packaging is intact (including: no scratches, wear/damage, dents, etc., and must be suitable for resale).  
  • All related accessories and manuals must be complete and included.  

Please note that exchanges will not be accepted under the following circumstances:  

  • Non-quality-related issues (including: wrong purchase, finding the product unsuitable after purchase, or personal preference).  
  • The product shows signs of use or significant wear.  
  • The 5-day period from the date of receipt has expired.  
  • Damage caused during delivery.  
  • The product has already been exchanged once (previously exchanged products cannot be exchanged again).  

If the product does not meet the above requirements, the exchange request will not be processed. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.  

Exchange Process

Customers may request an exchange within 5 days of receipt through one of the following methods:  

1. Contact customer service via email at sincerestationery1988@gmail.com   

    Please use the following format:  

- Email Subject: 【Exchange Request - Order Number: [Please provide your order number]】  

   - Email Content:  

     1. Product(s) to be exchanged, along with photos and reasons for exchange.  

     2. Order number.  

     3. Method for returning the product (Local Mail / SF Express Prepaid).  

     4. Method for reshipment (Local Mail / SF Express - SF to pay).  

📍 All customers applying for an exchange are deemed to automatically accept the following terms: Additional shipping costs and mailing risks incurred during the exchange and reshipment process will be borne by the customer.

📍 If our company confirms that the product meets the exchange conditions, the customer may return the product to us.  

📍 We will reship the product within 3 working days after confirming receipt of the returned product.

2. Visit our Central store in person with the product to be exchanged and proof of purchase from this website. If our company confirms that the product meets the exchange conditions, an exchange can be processed at the store.  

Return Policy  

  1. If the product meets the above exchange requirements but the same product is out of stock, a return and refund will be processed.  
  2. The returned product must be mailed back or brought to our company. Additional shipping costs and mailing risks will be borne by the customer.  
  3. After confirming receipt of the returned product, we will process the refund within 3 working days (excluding returns processed in person at the store).  

Refund Policy and Arrangements 

  • The refund amount will be based on the actual net discounted price paid by the customer. Shipping costs incurred will not be refunded (including initial order shipping costs and additional shipping costs for returning the product).  
  • All refunds will be processed via PayMe or FPS (excluding returns processed in person at the store).  
  • Refunds will be completed within 3 working days after confirming eligibility.  

Refunds will only be issued under the following circumstances:  

  1. The product meets the exchange requirements, but the same product is out of stock, and the returned product has been received and confirmed by our store.  
  2. The product is out of stock.  
  3. The order has not been shipped within 7 working days.  
  4.  The in-store pickup order is not ready within 7 working days.  

Please note that refunds will NOT be issued under the following circumstances:  

  1. Lost of products during third-party logistics delivery.  
  2. In-store pickup orders: Failure to collect the order within 14 days after the pickup notification is sent.  
  3. SF Express orders: Failure to collect the order within 3 days.  

🛎️ If no exchange, return, or refund request is made within 5 days of receipt, the order transaction is considered complete. Our company will not process any further exchange, return, or refund requests and will not assume any legal liability.  

Note: Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.  

**Our company reserves the final right to make decisions regarding all returns, exchanges, and refunds.**
