• All promotions offered on this website (e.g., Payment discounts, etc.) are not applicable to other sales channels (including phone orders, WhatsApp orders, Carousell orders, and in-store purchases). Promotions on this website and in physical stores may not be synchronized.

• As order processing is fully computerized, orders cannot be canceled or modified once submitted. Please note that our company is not responsible for any order issues arising from computer system errors.

• All products sold by our company are brand new and unopened. However, occasional quality issues, such as ink breakage, may occur. If customers encounter such issues, please follow the return arrangements for a replacement. We apologize for any inconvenience caused. If customers wish to avoid such situations and ensure product quality, we recommend visiting our physical store to purchase or pick up products in person.

• The system will send an order confirmation email to the customer’s registered email address. Customers may pick up their orders within 7 days at the physical store after receiving a ready-to-pick-up email.
