Delivery Methods & Terms
Orders submitted on this website are only available for local store pickup , SF Express (SF to pay) or Local mail (no tracking). For overseas orders, products will be shipped via SF Express with a shipping fee.
We also offer limited free offices delivery services (primarily in Central and Sheung Wan district) for orders over HKD $500. For details, please call 2117 3000 or WhatsApp (+852 9099 1048) to inquire and place an order. Please note that orders placed through these channels are not eligible for the payment discounts available on this website.
⭐️ Depending on product availability, orders are generally processed within 3 working days after payment confirmation, at which point an email pickup or shipping notification will be sent. Should additional time be required, customers will be notified separately via their registered email address.
⭐️ If no pickup or shipping notification is received within 7 working days, customers may request a refund. For refund arrangements, please refer to this URL.

🚚 FREE online order delivery
- Hong Kong Island District: Free local shipping for orders of net HKD$600 or more after all discounts (excluding remote areas). Orders will be delivered by our company or third-party delivery company, delivery details will be notified by email or phone.
- Kowloon District: Free local shipping for orders of net HKD$600 / $800 or more (depending on weight) after all discounts (excluding remote areas). Orders will be delivered by our company or third-party delivery company, delivery details will be notified by email or phone.
- New Territories District: Free local shipping for orders of net HKD$ 600 / $1000 or more (depending on weight) after all discounts (excluding remote areas). Orders will be delivered by our company or third-party delivery company, delivery details will be notified by email or phone.
- * For orders over HK$600/ 800/ 1000 which INCLUDE printing paper, are NOT eligible to this offer. (FREE delivery service ONLY for ordering at least 5 boxes and ONLY available in industrial and commercial areas)
🛍️ Store Pickup
- Customers can choose to pick up their orders at our Central branch during checkout.
- Please bring along the pickup notification email and collect your order within 7 days of receiving the notification. Additional storage fee of HKD $10 per day will be charged for late pickups.
- If the order is not collected within 14 days after the pickup notification is sent and the customer cannot be contacted, the order will be considered canceled. No refund will be issued, and no further notice will be provided.

📦Local Mail (no tracking function)
- Customers can choose Local mail during checkout. The shipping fee will be charged during check out.

- Delivery addresses cannot be changed after an order is submitted (including changes to delivery methods).
- ‼️Due to no tracking function ‼️Shipping risks are borne by the customer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged shipments.
- Please ensure that the name, email, phone number, and delivery address provided during checkout are accurate to ensure smooth delivery. We are not responsible for any losses caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.
📦 SF Express
(Local) Customers can choose SF Express (SF to pay COD) during checkout. The shipping fee should be paid by customers upon delivery.
(Overseas) For all overseas orders, products will be shipped via SF Express with an additional shipping fee to be paid during check-out on this website.*
Each order is limited to one delivery location. We will provide a tracking number via email after shipment. For any inquiries regarding SF Express delivery services, please contact SF Express customer service directly.
