• 顧客須全數支付訂購產品的金額，方可享訂購服務。

• 本網站所有產品價格均以港幣計算。

• 本公司所售賣之產品未能於本網站盡錄，如需查詢或選購更多產品，請致電 2117 3000 / Whatsapp / 親臨門市選購。

• 本網站提供之一切優惠 (例如 轉數快 / Payme 3%優惠等) 不適用於其他銷售途徑 (包括：電話、WhatsApp、Carousell 下單 及 門市等) 。本網站及門市優惠不一定同步進行。

• 由於訂購單為電腦作業處理，故於訂貨後無法中途取消或變更，敬請注意。本公司不負責因電腦系統出現的訂購單問題。

• 本公司售賣之產品均為全新未開封。惟產品偶然會出現質量問題，導致斷墨等問題。如顧客遇到此類情況，煩請按照換貨安排進行換貨，不便之處，敬請原諒。如顧客希望避免此類情況及確保產品品質良好，建議親臨門市選購/自取。

• 確認付款後，系統會向顧客已登記之電郵地址發送訂單確認電郵。顧客收到可取貨電郵後，可於7天內到門市取貨。

• 本網站的所有產品圖片只供參考，可能拍攝時受環境、光線、印刷及圖片組合的影響出現色差等誤差，一切以實物為準，敬請顧客見諒。

• Customers must pay the full amount for the ordered products to enjoy the ordering service.

• All product prices on this website are quoted in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD).

• Not all products sold by our company are listed on this website. For inquiries or to purchase more products, please call 2117 3000, contact us via WhatsApp, or visit our physical store.

• All promotions offered on this website (e.g., FPS / PayMe 3% discounts, etc.) are not applicable to other sales channels (including phone orders, WhatsApp orders, Carousell orders, and in-store purchases). Promotions on this website and in physical stores may not be synchronized.

• As order processing is fully computerized, orders cannot be canceled or modified once submitted. Please note that our company is not responsible for any order issues arising from computer system errors.

• All products sold by our company are brand new and unopened. However, occasional quality issues, such as ink breakage, may occur. If customers encounter such issues, please follow the return arrangements for a replacement. We apologize for any inconvenience caused. If customers wish to avoid such situations and ensure product quality, we recommend visiting our physical store to purchase or pick up products in person.

• The system will send an order confirmation email to the customer’s registered email address. Customers may pick up their orders within 7 days at the physical store after receiving a ready-to-pick-up email.

• All product images on this website are for reference only. Variations in color or appearance may occur due to photography conditions, lighting, printing, or image composition. Actual products may differ, and we appreciate customers’ understanding.
